Assistant/Retail Operation Manager


• Strategize and drive retail staffs to achieve sales & services targets • Manage and ensure compliance of outlets SOP • Review guidelines and provide recommendations to The Management when necessary • Provide training to retail staffs to develop their skills and enhance their job performance • Mentor and motivate staffs to do their best in order to achieve financial goals • Develop and implement budget plans for retail operations • Visit to outlets to ensure efficient & effective management and high-performance sales • Develop policies for the merchandising of goods and marketing activities in retail stores • Monitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply at each retail outlet • Run analysis report on overall store performance and standardized team process flow • Monitor store licenses and all staff records


• Passionate retailer with excellent understanding of retail operations • Min 5 years of working experience in a retail/store environment • Excellent communication skills, results oriented, dynamic, resourceful, self-motivated, well organized and with great people management skills • Possess own transport & willing to travel
